Bylaw Change Proposals

The following bylaw changes will be voted upon by Full Members during the 2013 annual meeting of the Society.

Addition to Article III Section 1:

FULL MEMBER - Full Membership in the Society shall be available to any individual demonstrating an interest in herpetology. Only Full Members may hold elective offices in the Society and officially represent the Society on business pertaining to its functions. Full members must be sixteen years of age of older.

Insert Article III Section 4 (and renumber subsequent sections):

Junior Member: Any member under the age of 16 shall be considered a Junior Member. Junior members may enjoy all benefits of membership except for voting in elections or on official business of the Society.
