AHS Resolutions

From time to time the Alaska Herpetological Society (AHS) adopts formal resolutions and position statements pertaining to herpetological subjects. While any full member or AHS committee can submit a resolution for consideration, it must first be approved by the Executive Board then receive a majority vote of the membership in order to be adopted. All AHS resolutions will be posted here upon adoption.

Resolution 1

Title: A Resolution to Recognize the University of Alaska’s Museum of the North as the central depository of Herpetological Vouchers in Alaska . (Approved 3.23.12)

Your input is valuable and we hope that it will allow us to submit the best possible documents for consideration. If adopted by AHS, the associated Alaska Board of Fisheries proposals will also have a public comment period administered by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
